  2. כדי למחוק גם את פרטי התורים וההודעות שנשמרו, פנו למרפאה שאליה פניתם או אלינו דרך kuvello.com, וציינו את מספר הטלפון שממנו התכתבתם.
  3. המחיקה מתבצעת בתוך 30 יום, ואישור נשלח לאותו מספר.

Data Deletion Instructions — Kuvello

  1. Send the word הסר to the clinic's WhatsApp. The service stops messaging you immediately.
  2. To also delete stored appointment and message data, contact the clinic you messaged, or Kuvello via kuvello.com, and state the phone number you wrote from.
  3. Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed to that number.
