Kuvello operates an automated WhatsApp appointment and reminder service on behalf of dental clinics.
What we collect: the phone number that messaged the clinic's WhatsApp, the messages exchanged with the service, the name given for a booking, and the appointment details (treatment, date, time). The service never asks for or stores national ID numbers, payment details, or medical information, and does not answer medical questions.
Why: booking, changing and cancelling appointments in the clinic's calendar; sending a reminder before the appointment; handing the conversation to clinic staff when a person is needed.
Who sees it: the clinic you contacted, and Kuvello staff for operating the service. Messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta) under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Data is not sold or shared with any other third party.
Retention and deletion: appointment data is kept as long as it is needed to run the appointment and its reminders. Send the word הסר to stop receiving messages. To request deletion of your stored data, see the data deletion instructions.
